I loved "Trial by Fire" and can't wait for "Under Fire". Here is an easy dessert that is always a big hit!Cherry Cream Cheese Pie1 graham cracker crust1 14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk1 8oz. cream cheese1/3 cup of RealLemon lemon juice1 tsp. of vanilla1 can of cherry pie fillingBeat cream cheese until it is light and fluffy. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated and smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for four hours or overnight. Add the cherries on top of the pie. Serve.

Stuffed Mushrooms1 cup Ital Flav Breadcrumbs1 cup canola oil1/2 cup parmesan cheese1 10 oz pk mushroom, stems cut off and choppeddash garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and oregano.Mix all ingredients and stuff into mushrooms; bake 30 mins til brown.Pat L.
Surprise Casserole1 lb. hamburger browned3/4 cup raw macaronisalt and pepper to taste1 can Tomato soup1 onion, chopped fineCheese slices1 tin Kernel corn* the sexy hungry men would have to quadruple this probably depending on how many.Brown onions in skillet. Brown ground beef in skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook macaroni and drain. Mix hamburger, macaroni, Tomato soup, onions, kernel corn and put in greased casserole. Top with cheese slices and bake in 350 degree oven for app. 40 min. or until done. Enjoy.
